Spark; went for a run
Breakfast: shake
Went to the zoo
Snack: almonds
lunch: tuna salad
so I slacked on tracking my food, but still made wise choices. I did cheat a little and have four or five chips with cheese dip the other day at Moe's. Day 10: 1/2 a hamburger with no bun and fruit. I've eaten a ton of fruit this week, specifically watermelon (it's just so yummy right now).
